More Florida Fun!

Yesterday, we went to Tarpon Springs. We walked through some gorgeous neighborhoods and enjoyed an antique shop and lots of shops by the sponge docks. We absolutely loved the authentic Greek culture! We had lunch at a Greek restaurant and bought some goodies from a lovely Greek lady. The kids thought it was fun to see all the natural sponges and the way that people use them! Very enjoyable! We headed to a beach...not super blue water but lots of sand and shells. And even dolphins!! We have seen lots of dolphins and not just at the aquarium!!! Matt saw dolphins on Saturday when we were coming across the causeway on our way here. Then Rylie and I saw 2 while we were sitting at the restaurant at the Pier in St. Pete. We saw three groups of dolphins when we were on Captn. Memo's and then we saw at least 2 dolphins yesterday at the beach. They were soooo close! About 1/2 way between the buoy and the shore. They were soooo playful, too. One little boy who was out in the water by himself saw their fins and came running up on the shore saying "there's a shark!" I said, "No buddy. They are dolphins!" What beautiful, fun creatures God has given us to enjoy!!!

Both kids enjoyed buttered pasta at the Greek restaurant.
I loved their Greek salad, spanakopita, and baklava! Yummy!
