Avery's Arrival!

Avery Grace made her arrival on Thursday, 11/3/2011, at 7:08 pm. She was 5lbs 15 oz and 19.5" long. Avery joined big sister, Rylie, and big brother, Isaac, who were thrilled to be there for her grand entrance! We were so blessed by the family and friends that spent time in anticipation with us on Thursday, those who sent messages and those who visited Friday. We are praising our Faithful God, our Savior & Creator for a safe labor and delivery and a healthy baby girl!

We are ready! Let's get this show on the road!

We were welcomed home with great decorations (inside and outside of the house)! Thank you Mamma, Rylie and Isaac! It was wonderful! You are all wonderful! Rylie takes after her Mamma and Mommy with lots of attention to detail! There was a special spot outlined with carefully selected buttons for the flower arrangement from the church and little snacks, plates, and cups placed neatly on the counter for guests. The outside decorations were pumpkins and mums on both porches!!! Here are just some of the inside decorations.

We were also welcomed home by friends, Julie, Maddie and Kinslee,
who surprised us with 5lbs 15oz of sweetness...

I LOVE homemade buckeyes! Thank you so much!

Now here is some fun Isaac wanted to have with his new sister.
From the first time he held her, he thought she felt and looked like
a football all bundled up...

He also thought Avery was a perfect fit for the doll stroller/car seat.
And she was...but only for a photo op with VERY close supervision!
After my first sponge bath at home...

It wasn't so bad.
