Both Rylie and Isaac were able to go to camp this year. Rylie's 3rd year and Isaac's first!  They both had a wonderful time with friends exploring God's Creation and His Word!

I was super excited when all the kids came home with the theme verses memorized!
 Theme Verses:  Ephesians 2:1-10

And you He made alive, who were dead in
trespasses and sins, in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience,  among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others. But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,  that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.  For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

Cousin Time with Lissa!
Thanks, Aunt Renee, for letting her stay for a few days!
Get ready for Cousin Camp next year!
Fun at the Zoo...

It was time to move the meat chickens out of the garage.
They were just too big to be in the trough in the garage.
So, Matt and Isaac had to come up with a living area
for them for the next two weeks.
Didn't want anything permanent or too costly....
This is what we ended up with....
 Temporary and Free!

The Hillbilly Hen House
Constructed out of Reed's old truck cap that was behind Dad's
shed and parts of Jack's old cage for the wire.  Thankfully it is only
TEMPORARY!  The boys put lots of sweat and blood into this masterpiece
and it will be my tears if it stays around long after the fair.
I must also tell you that LeAnn, I quote, said this was "brilliant."
But she also said she could say that because it wasn't in her backyard.

And here is my baby girl...8 months old
Crawling, pulling up, 3 teeth, laughing....a blessing!
