Busy!

It has been a busy few days! On Saturday, we went to the Creation Museum. What an amazing place!!! How great God's love is for us! It was very crowded since it was the weekend, but we still saw some parts that we were unable to see previously. The kids enjoyed the new petting zoo and swinging bridge. The "zorse" was my favorite animal. It is a cross between a horse and zebra. Very cool! The kids bought salt and vinegar flavored crickets in the bookstore. It took Matt a few seconds to work up the courage to eat one but the kids ate 2 without even flinching. I think I may have even heard an "mmmmm." You can probably guess that I would have nothing to do with eating them, or even touching them for that matter. For those of you who don't know, I have an irrational fear of crickets. I will have more pics from the museum after I upload them from my phone.

Sunday, the kids had a friend over after church to play and I left for my annual OT/PT conference on Monday. Lori, Julie and I had a great girls' night out on Monday... dinner, shopping, dessert and a movie. The movie was not my favorite, but we still had fun!

Isaac went to a new place with Ms. Carol and her grandson on Monday called Entertrainment Junction. It is an interactive train museum. He said he had a blast. This was his first trip with a "friend!" Rylie went to "work" on Monday and helped some of the teachers. She made $25!!! Not quite sure how she pulled that off.

We are all getting ready to swing into our fall schedule!!
