Family Day!

Yesterday, Luke and Renee came down for a visit so we had a "family" day.  We all played putt-putt and then had Luke's favorite pizza for supper--they can't get it where they live.  Luke and Reed got in the pool with Rylie.  Isaac had already gotten out because he thought the water was too cold.  We have had some really cool nights this week.  The boys showed Rylie how to jump over the side of the pool.  I'm glad Isaac had already gone in because he would probably be trying it soon!

Last night was the kids' first soccer practice.  They had fun.  Rylie worked hard and Isaac made the coach laugh!  She had given 1/2 of the kids yellow mesh jersey's to wear.  Isaac told her they looked like earwax so she started calling them earwax.  He named his team fire because they all had some sort of red on their clothes. Needless to say, the other team didn't like to be called earwax so they changed their name to sunset. Isaac continued to tease them with "earwax" though. He also made some funny faces and did fancy footwork to try to intimidate his opponents.  It should be a fun season!!
