The kids played their last soccer game on Saturday. It was really our only COLD game of the season. Praise the Lord because I don't do well sitting in the cold. Isaac volunteered to sit out the last quarter so he could sit with me under the blanket. He had had enough. Matt and I enjoyed the Ohio State vs. Penn State game even though we lost. All the fans got rally towels when we went in so it was fun!!! It really was a great game--we were on the edge of our seats until the last few seconds. Well, we would have been but the fans stood the whole game. The kids saw High School Musical 3 in the theater and said it was great. I want to see it--they said they would go see it again!!!

Sunday they had a violin concert. Rylie was an old pro, a very serious old pro, and Isaac definitely put on a show for his first concert!!




Grandma and Grandpa were in California for Isaac's birthday so they brought him his gift today. They bought it in CA and had to have it shipped home because they couldn't take it on the plane. Since he had a pirate party, this was a great gift! He has a great time with it but he really makes me and Grandma nervous!!! It is a REAL sword!! It will find its way to the gun safe!!




Alyssa is here visiting with Mamma and Pappa Jones for a few days. They brought her up to visit with us tonight. The kids told her about High School Musical 3 and she told us about going to see Sarah Palin!!! What a neat experience! Isaac entertained the crowd by wrestling with Susie for a while, a long while. I'm not sure which one has more energy to expend!! We are so thankful for the time we get to spend with family. God has truly blessed us!
