This morning, Isaac woke up asking if he could go fishing. The water is really still too cold but we said yes. We just took them to a park close by that has a fishing pond. No one caught anything but Isaac claimed that he had some "nibbles." (I just had to put that in quotes b/c Isaac has been using quotes with his fingers while he is talking. He says he doesn't know what it means, but he really does use them at the right time.) The park is full of geese so of course the kids ended up with goose poop on their shoes. You will see in the pics that Rylie didn't like that. She did her best to get it off and definitely didn't like the smell. And Isaac, that kid could have fished all day long, fish biting or not!!!
After fishing, we carried out my original plan of going to the outlets. There were sales but no HUGE sales. I did find some bargains that were a "must" buy. It was soooo crowded and the lines were sooo long! Who said the economy was suffering???
On the way home, we stopped at Young's for ice cream!!! Chocolate peanut butter, my favorite!!
