Let's see...Last week, we went to see Ice Age 3 with friends and then we had friends over to play for awhile on Thursday.  Fun times!  

We went camping at Buck Creek Friday night.  The kids enjoyed riding their bikes, fishing, riding on Pap's boat and just being outdoors with the tent and campfire.  Isaac is such a pyromaniac!  Oh, I can't forget the multi-tools!!! I made the rule that those were only for camping and boy did they get a lot of use!! We did wake up to a storm Saturday morning but stayed dry in the tent.  We needed the rain but not while we were camping!!  We are very thankful that the rains throughout the morning and early afternoon were not hard rains.  The kids were able to ride bikes and play in between showers.  The weather cleared up in the afternoon and God gave us sunshine to finish up our day!  God's creation is so amazing when you actually take the time to breathe it all in!

We enjoyed the fair yesterday.  I like going through the barns, visiting with old fair friends, and of course, the fair food!!  The kids liked helping brush Tyler's dairy feeder before he showed and watching their friend from church in the dog decorating contest!

Today we went to the zoo.  Love the gorillas and bonobos!  The grizzly bears were very active today, too.  I took our AIG Zoo Guide and gave the kids clues to find certain animals as we were walking along.  They had fun being detectives at the zoo.
