Shooting...

The kids went shooting with Matt Tuesday night. They both wanted to shoot a real gun so Pap let them shoot his 12 gauge. Needless to say, they didn't want to shoot that gun again b/c of the kick. No bruises or broken blood vessels! That was all they had though. Someone has promised to bring them a .410 next week so they can shoot again, with a little less kick! Oh boy! It's probably better that I am not there.

On Tuesday morning, there was a cat laying in our yard outside Isaac's window. This particular cat has been getting in Mamma and Pappa's garage so Matt decided it was ok to give it a little "sting." Isaac got his air soft gun and headed up to his window. Reed had actually borrowed Isaac's air soft gun for the same reason so Isaac was pretty excited! Matt went to open Isaac's window and the cat jumped up and started to run off. It was just instinct, I guess, for Isaac to shoot...right through his screen! He saw his target running away! What else was he supposed to do!! Hopefully Isaac AND Matt learned their lesson!!
