We enjoyed camping at Harrison Lake over the weekend. Renee was to be induced on Friday night so we thought we would still go camping as planned but camp somewhere close enough to Wauseon that we could get there to see the baby. And, we LOVE the campgrounds at Harrison Lake. Although, the lake leaves a little to be desired...it is so brown and gross. I know it is just from the mud, but when I can't see my hand under the water, something is just not right (not that I put my hand in that water). We enjoyed relaxing by the campfire and the kids had a blast with new camp friends at the playground and riding scooters. The boys went fishing and we all went canoeing... until my panic attack! Matt was very gracious and let me out of the canoe. I need a boat that is just a little wider and that doesn't rock as much. I was not about to tip in that water! I may have been a little better if I could have seen into the water.
I got in the canoe...
It was quite the comical process!!
But I wasn't letting go of the dock!

Notice, I am NOT in the canoe anymore!

Even without guns, they can still "hunt" geese!

Isaac looks like he is leading an expedition!

Rylie took paddling very seriously!

We all got in a paddle boat. I enjoyed that. Less of a chance that I would
end up in that water! Matt made me paddle some by myself b/c
he did ALL of the paddling when I was in the canoe!

Then Matt tried out a kayak...
