Last weekend was the ski mountain's final weekend to be open. We had passes again because of straight A's and obviously waited until the last minute to use them. We did have the outing scheduled once earlier this winter but had to cancel b/c of rain! It just wasn't the winter to get me in the mood for time on the ski mountain! Matt and the kids had a great time tubing when the temperature was in the 50's!!! It was slushy at first, but as the crowd grew and the sun went down, the hills became VERY slick!

We are thoroughly enjoying this warm weather!!!! We went to the park 2 times this week to walk, scooter and ride bikes! Avery loves to ride in the stroller! She just talked and talked until she fell asleep (maybe she was singing along with my iPod since the new stroller has a connection and speakers!).

We had our first major scooter accident this year. Well, no broken bones so I guess not major. But Isaac did end up with one MAJOR case of road rash! They were on their scooters while Avery and I were walking. They were way ahead of me. I noticed Rylie running towards me and when she finally made it to me, she said, "Did you hear that screaming? It was Isaac! He flew through the air and is all scraped up and bleeding. But I don't think anything is broken!" So, I made my way over and a nice lady had stopped to help and actually got the tennis coach with his first aid kit (they were practicing near by). We were able to disinfect and bandage him up. Later that night when we were praying before bed, Isaac asked me to praise God for the blessing that lady was to him!!!
