Baseball and More Summer Fun...

We have enjoyed watching our friend, Dominick, play baseball over the last few weeks.  He plays in a league for kids with special needs.  So amazing to watch the kids play!  It also helps us to remember what is important!  A little dose of perspective, too!  Isaac has had the privilege of being Dominick's "helper" on the field.  It has been cool to watch them interact and connect...just two 9 & 10 year old boys...especially when it usually all about Rylie when it comes to Dominick.

that comes to the games to help the kids.

My friend, Bob, started Dogtors and has provided great services to kids in the

community and in schools using his dogs...and sometimes therapy horses!

We went bowling yesterday because we were unsure of the afternoon weather.  We had planned a trip to visit an outdoor garden area but ended up at the bowling alley.  We had a blast!  Definitely a must for our next rainy day opportunity!  Avery cheered after each ball that was bowled and then again when the ball collided with the pins!  She was able to use the ramp to roll a few balls....

The anticipation on her face was priceless!
